新年快乐!!! (<----- Happy New Year!!!)
Nothing like squandering away the (chinese) new year by listening to sad oldie tunes I grew up with. The thing about the Chinese language is that phrases can be so concise yet manage capture a multitude of nuances elegantly, poetically and beautifully... I don't know how to describe it to non-speakers. Anyway, I remember yelling at my dad from my bedroom about blasting/karaokeing this stuff at 9am on the weekends. I've come a loooonnnggg way... Good stuffs!

Happy (day after) New Year folks!
Met friends for thai food and then had a nice peaceful new year's eve. We were at the basement of The Charleston with friends playing a show there and faked a count down about 5 minutes past midnight (stop mid-song for a countdown?? please.....). Good stuff, had fun!
So in other irrelevant matters, we all headed out after and ate some more and went home to bed.
AWESOME.

Brain is COMPLETELY cloudy from too much computer codes and what not, but here's something to remedy the situation... One of my favorites...

I was on the way home today and sat down next to an old busker who was howlin his guts out to this. It's about time...
